The GMC Sierra EV comes in three versatile trims. The GMC Sierra EV Denali Edition 1 features a spray-on bedliner, LED head headlamps that show vehicle charge status, the CrabWalk feature, a MultiPro MidGate, an air ride adaptive suspension system, a panoramic fixed glass moonroof, and a front grille that lights up with GMC badging.

The Sierra EV AT4 features 18-inch wheels and 35-inch all-terrain tires, a terrain mode, a 4-wheel steer option, two inches of additional ground clearance, and the GMC Super Cruise driver assistance technology. The GMC Sierra Elevation is another impressive trim with the MultiPro tailgate, a 16-inch diagonal center touchscreen, 18-inch wheels, 33-inch tires, and a power-operated hood for easy access to the ETrunk.
