If you’re thinking about checking out the 2024 Chevrolet Blazer EV at your Chevy dealer, you’re one of many who’re intrigued by all the possibilities that come from getting a vehicle that features the legendary Chevy Blazer name but with an entirely new look and energy source. The Chevy Blazer EV has already made such a powerful impact that it’s been named the 2024 MotorTrend SUV of the year.

Innovative Exterior Design

The Chevrolet Blazer EV isn’t just an electrified version of its gasoline-powered sibling. It has an entirely new futuristic and sleek design, resulting in a streamlined exterior that marks a significant departure from the old Blazer and gives the EV its own new look.

No longer boxed in by the gasoline engine, the front fascia has a sleeker build that gives the front of the vehicle a commanding look. Thanks to a more modern-looking, closed-off grille, the entire design of the front of the Blazer EV helps with the car’s aerodynamic capabilities by reducing drag and helping the car fly through the streets.

Futuristic Cabin Tech

The Chevy Blazer EV’s interior continues the futuristic, almost spaceship-like styling from the outside of the vehicle. The center console and dashboard house all the tech that turns this Blazer into a road spaceship. There’s a 17.7-inch touchscreen display that allows you to easily manage everything from the climate settings throughout the cabin to your entertainment options.

It also features a vehicle status app that allows you to check out key information about your vehicle, including info like tire pressure and energy info. The 11-inch diagonal driver information screen is fully digital, allowing you to easily get key road and navigation information at a glance.

Incredible Under-the-Hood Power

GM has knocked it out of the park when it comes to the under-the-hood power of the Blazer EV. The EV is built on GM’s Ultium Platform, an innovative modular battery/EV architecture used in this as well as other GM vehicles. This system, among other things, allows the EV to be offered in rear-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, and performance all-wheel drive configurations.

The Chevrolet EV can travel up to 324 miles on one charge depending on the terrain you’re traveling on, making it perfect for long family trips. To extend the fuel efficiency even further, the EV offers features like ‘One Pedal Driving’ that, when activated, allow the driver to speed up or slow down only using the accelerator pedal. This helps maximize energy efficiency, perfect for situations like when you’re stuck in traffic jams.

The 2024 Blazer EV is blazing new trails. Take it for a spin at Bommarito Auto Group in Ellisville, MO so that you can test out the future for yourself.
